It’s very easy to participate in Copa Queretaro 2008. You only have to fill out the Registration Form and send your registration fee to the account listed.

Number of Participants
Each team can register a minimum of 16 players and 2 directors and a maximum of 20 players and 5 directors.

It is important that Copa Queretaro has control of our categories, it is for this that each player is identified with a copy of their birth certificate as well as another piece of photo identification (passports for foreign players will be required).

The limit of teams per category is 12, with a minimum of 8 teams.

Registration
$550.00 USD – from September 16th until December 31st, 2007
$600.00 USD – from January 1st until February 28th, 2008

Insurance
All teams should ensure that they have valid travel insurance for the duration of their stay. Copa Queretaro is not responsible for wounds, illnesses, theft or any other problems that may occur during the event.

Cancellations
100% refund before 11/30/07
50% refund before 12/31/07
There will be no refunds after 01/1/08. After this date your money will be credited for the follow tournament.

Awards
-Trophies and medals will be awarded to the 1st and 2nd place champions
-T-shirt for the winning team
-Trophies for the top goal scorer in each category
