2.10.- Each team will be able to make any desired substitutions. Players who have been substituted may also return to the field.
2.11.- All players must be appropriately uniformed. Their uniform must cleary display their number. This number must be the same number as the number on their ID card. The above mentioned ID card will be given to each player at the time of registration and will thereafter be the only official identification permitted.
2.12.- The referee of the game reserves the right to request a change of uniforms if he considers them to be similar to those of the opposing team.
2.13.- Soccer cleats and shin pads will be mandatory.
2.14.- Teams must be ready 10 minutes before the start of their game. This includes giving the referee the form with team information filled out (this forms will be supplied to each team by the organizing committee).
2.15.- The minimum number of teams per category is 8 and the maximum is 12.

The organizing committee reserves the right to combine categories if deemed necessary and provided that there is not more than a one year age difference between the categories to be combined.
