6.-Penalties
6.1.- The organizing committee will be the only group to name the disciplinary board of the tournament.
6.2.- The disciplinary board will be formed of members of the organizing committee and 2 referees.
6.3.- The disciplinary board will be the only group to apply the given penalties to the respective participants of the tournament.
6.4.- In applying the rules of the tournament and deciding the degree of penalty to be given, the disciplinary board will base its decisions solely on the arbitration certificate.
6.5.- If a player should be expelled from the field he will automatically receive a one game penalty.
6.6.- Yellow cards (warnings) will not accumulate in the games that follow, but two yellow cards received in the same game will be equal to a red card and the player will be expelled from the game.
6.7.- A team that does not show up to the playing field will lose by default. In the case of a repeat the incident the team will be expelled from the tournament. In the case that their absence is due to circumstances beyond their control (the disciplinary board will have the criteria) the disciplinary board will have the power to reschedule the game.
6.8.- The disciplinary board will meet daily after the completion of the day´s events.
6.9.- Appeals will be received if they are done in written, signed by the team representative and submitted within 90 minutes after the end of the game.
6.10.- Appeals must be accompanied by a deposit of $500 pesos. The deposit must be received at the same time as the written appeal. If a ruling is made in the teams favour the deposit will be reimbursed. If the ruling is not in the teams favour the deposit will not be reimbursed.
6.11.- If any team permits an unregistered player to play in any of their tournament games, the entire team will be expelled from the tournament.
6.12.- The final decisions of the disciplinary board will not be open to appeal.
7.- Referee´s
7.1.- The referees are graduates from the different soccer associations in the state of Querétaro and are approved by the National Board of Referees.
7.2.- The referee will be the only one to determine the physical condition of the field and decide if it is safe for a game to take place.
7.3.- The referee will be the highest authority on the field. Players, coaches, supporting staff and fans must abide by his decisions without protest.
7.4.- the referees must be respected in the exercising of their duties both during and after games.
